Concept : Nesnel Ofis ‘Shoe Rack’

Nensel Ofis has envisioned a portable problem solver, the perfect shoe rack. Though still a concept, this product promises to be a collapsible, stack-able, and space saving invention. Coming in bright green, this shelving unit can be organized in multiples to create additional space for shoes as well as folded in on itself and stored when not in use. The hexagonal design is both trendy and functional so that you don’t end up with an eyesore in exchange for a sensible solution.

No word on availability yet, however you can check out more Nesnel Ofis projects over at their website

Martin Pitonak ‘Origami’ Table

Furniture designer Martin Pinotak’s ‘Origami’ table represents a wonderful combination of intricate design and functionality; combining the clean, dynamic lines of the tables base with a solid glass top make this piece a usable work of art.

Working out of Toronto, Canada, Pinotak’s work often exemplifies high design with an emphasis on maintaining the usefulness of a given piece. ‘Origami’ achieves this level of practicality without sacrificing the creative statements it makes; a piece of furniture that combines minimalist design with maximum function.
