KIKS TYO x whyworks – Inspiration Backpack and Hipsack
KIKS TYO from Tokyo have teamed up with whyworks from Seoul to produce a dual purpose Inspiration Backpack and Hipsack. This is an interesting backpack design which integrates a hipsack into the bottom of the bag. Strikingly colored in bright red and black accents, this is a highly visible piece both on the streets or in the woods.
With multiple straps on the backpack and hipsack, the new pack is not only functional but aesthetically pleasing. Crocodile print panels add texture to the otherwise monotone bag, and the bag also features multiple pockets and compartments on the outside.

Dumpling Backpack

The Dumpling, inspired by the delicious pouch foods, is a backpack that treats your belongings as color coded and compartmentalized items. The backpack is actually made up of a series of roll-up bags. Take only what you need and roll them up into the main support guard which is quite simple in design – a couple straps and a big hook. It looks crafty but something about it is very attractive.

Travis Rice x Quiksilver | Backcountry Pack

Quiksilver had a particularly strong showing at SIA, quite a bit having to do with Travis Rice’s growing collection of signature products. This burly blaze orange backcountry pack was so bright it was almost impossible to photograph.
